Kelburne is thinking of ways it can improve. We're thinking about the way we do everything. We are the best in so many ways but we want to keep it that way and improve the areas where we're not the best yet. To do that we need to get everyone in the club involved. There's no way we can achieve success through the whole club if we don't involve everyone as much as possible. This corner of the website is part of starting that process but we'll be working to inform everyone about what's happening as much as we can. To start with we thought we'd share some information about the way the club's organised:
